Horse Rescue Award
Firefighters Receive Mayor's Commendation For Horse Rescue Tuesday Night September 11th 2007 the Budd Lake Firefighters were recognized for their hard work to rescue a horse from a swamp back on August 7th 2007 that took three hours and 30 firefighters accomplished with the horse coming out in great shape. Mayor David M. Scapicchio congratulated all as Fire Chief Ken Nelson accepted the Mayor's Commendation.
