Budd Lake Fire Dept Hosts Ice Drill
Budd Lake Fire Dept held a ice drill on Budd Lake 1/30/07.
Firefighters used chain saws and an ice auger to cut and drill holes in
the ice in the event a draft had to be pulled. Firefighters also donned
dry suits and rescued fellow firefighters. This yearly drill provides
new members and veteran members with the skills needed to cope with the
lake when frozen.
