Motorcycle Vs. Car
Budd Lake Rescues Pined Motorcyclist On Wednesday night September 12th the Budd Lake Fire & Rescue companies responded to Rt. 46 in front of the Subaru dealership for a motorcyclist under a car. First arriving units found the driver of the motorcycle was pined under the car, after a quick assessment of the man Squad 56 & Rescue 77 began using cribbing and air bags to lift the car and free the man from the car while command requested a helicopter to fly and land at a nearby school. After a twenty minute extrication the man was transported by Rig 76 to the landing zone where the NJ State Police North Star helicopter flew the man to Morristown Hospital.
