Trip to NYC
Budd Lake Fire Dept spent the day in New York City on a Brotherhood Trip. First stop was Ground Zero and 10-10-House. The next stop was the Ground Zero Photo Gallery in the East Village, Photos jammed the walls this will be the last year for the exhibit before it goes on tour through out the world. The crew stopped for some dirty water dogs on the corner of 45th Street and West Street, while feasting a car ran into a motor cycle at the traffic light the crew sprung into action putting in a traffic block for the scene and rendering first aid to the injured. A few blocks away the crew stopped to visit Engine-54 Ladder-4 Battalion-9 in the heart of Manhattan. One more stop before the day would end at Rescue 1 the worlds first Rescue Company. Chris Vanderbelt a Ex-Member of West Milford was working and gave a full tour on the Firehouse and how it was rebuilt after being destroyed a fire.
