The Budd Lake Fire Department this weekend helped out a veteran who is a neighbor of one our members. He is a Marine combat vet suffering from PTSD and she is 8 months pregnant. They were living on the streets in Morristown until recently when they spent all the money they have to afford an apartment. After a post on Sunday night by our one member his phone and face book messenger exploded with people wanting to help and donate items. After working with some friends who have experience with this type of thing along with firefighters, assisted in delivering the much needed items to the family. Great Job by Assistant Chief Mike Dorlon with getting it done.
