A tractor Trailer carrying chemicals to a fragrance plant in the International Trade Center get lost and lost some of its cargo on crease in the Budd Lake Section of town. Car 50 and 51 arrived and had 3 large totes of 190 proof alcohol fall out of the back of the truck. Squad 56 and Rescue 97 secured the trailer and slowed down the leak till Picatinny Arsenal Fire Department could arrive and assist. Crews offloaded the leaking tote into a secure drum and secured the scene as a cleanup company was called in and removed the totes from the roadway. The Morris County Haz Mat team was also on scene to assist finally after 13 hours of operating the truck and load were removed and crews returned to service.
