As tempter’s rise and fall, so far this winter the ice on Budd Lake is not always safe recently the fire department was called to the Budd Lake beach for possible fishermen stranded on the lake. Crews arrived and found around 8 people on the lake after talking to them they were ok but the shore line at the beach was not frozen due to the town installing bubblers around the docks by the beach the people were asked to exit the lake for their safety and they agreed so firefighters assisted them with their gear and all made it off the lake safely.
