The roadway remained shut down for several hours but an hour into the call Budd Lake Firefighters were called to Elizabeth Ave in their town for a chimney fire as soon as the fire trucks could get through the scene Byram stayed on scene for cleanup and the Budd Lake units responded to the chimney fire. Flanders Fire had assisted with the chimney fire and that was quickly taken care of and all units returned to service.
